Bridges For Music
One of our core offerings is artist management, something that is in short supply in Africa. We offer 360° managment solutions where we can provide all services needed by the artist or manage third parties to deliver what is needed.
This includes gig booking, label services, publishing, accounting, design, merchandising, brand development and a whole lot of other necessary elements needed to support our artists strategic development growth plans.
We focus on urban township music and work predominantly with house, electronica and Hip Hop.
We also work with artists on a pulley gig-booking basis.
Bridges For Music was founded by Valentino Barriosetta from Valencia, Spain. He ran the marketing for Amnesia club in Ibiza for many years and left to set up a non-profit working with electronic music to bridge gaps, inspire people and empower and uplift disadvantaged communities.
Brand ambassadors include Skrillex, Richie Hawtin, Luciano and Black Coffee, and we are currently raising money to build a music school in Langa township.
We run a scholarship program with SAE Institute Cape Town (part of the worlds largest provider of creative media education) and have to date sent townships artists to play at ADE, Tomorrowland and Glastonbury.
South Africa is the first territory and we have been working with BFM since its inception. Our CEO Trenton Birch is the African Director and sits on the global board.
We pride our selves in being able to run any event, any size, anywhere in the world.
We have run events in New York, Malawi, across the UK, Ibiza, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, and across SA.
We own a number of flagship events: Cape Town Music Week, Breathe Sunshine African Music Conference and Breathe Sunshine Unity Jam.
We also create CSI event concepts under an event brand called Bigger Than Me
